Set in a large estate overlooking a small lake with its own island reached by a wooden bridge, the villa is perfect for a countryside escape. It is walking distance from a small supermarket and restaurant (in the village of Vorno), and within driving distance of the famous cities of Pisa (19 km), Florence (50 km) and Siena (80 km). In the area you will also find nature reserves, thermal baths and a superb range of activities such as hiking, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Villa Cirra offers all the services you would expect from a luxury property including a personal chef (for preparation of breakfast and one meal 6 days a week), a concierge service (on call and on site) and a house cleaning service (6 days a week).

The villa is composed of a main house which develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room (with comfortable seating and doors onto the garden), a leisure room (with comfortable seating) and a well-equipped kitchen (with centre island). On this level, you will also find a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), a double bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor you will find six bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

You a jasmine covered gazebo (with table and chairs) and two barbecue (stone-built and portable).
