A long corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms and a single bedroom with a pull-out single bed, ideal spaces for rest and tranquility.

The living area stands out for its elegance and functionality: a bright dining room and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for sharing convivial moments. The large bathroom, complete with shower, bidet, and washing machine, is illuminated by a window that lets in natural light.

At the end of the corridor is the heart of the home: a refined living room with sea views. Thanks to its large windows and the light that floods through, it becomes the ideal space for reading, relaxing, or simply contemplating the apartment's elegant atmosphere.

Important Notes:
- Groups of young people under 25 are not permitted.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A €30.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €250; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (request at time of booking). Not bookable on-site
