„We were thrilled to stay at Karl’s cottage and had an amazing time as always! We were able to see deer and turkeys throughout each day and enjoy the tire and tree swings on the property with our kids, and the upstairs is perfect for running and playing when it’s too windy, rainy, or cold. The house is perfectly located near Moonstone Beach, the playground, Fiscalini Ranch, and the town. We look forward to visiting again!“

„Our group of 6 enjoyed this house. You can’t beat the location across street from beach and park, views were great. Our group enjoyed the bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining room. Given our make up of two couples and 2 single adults, the house worked great for our needs. Kitchen is well stocked and we cooked at house 4 of 5 nights during our stay. We would rent again. “

„I can't recommend this house enough! It was as beautiful and well maintained as it looks. The view was outstanding with trees and birds and the sunset. There are 2 areas to sit outside with nice chairs and gas firepits. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (including with a small box of chocolates and bottle of wine). „Absolutely love everything about our stay! From the location (walking distance to everything youd ever want (including a farmers market); to wonderful house to stay in! „We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. The house is super tidy, perfectly equipped and really sweet. It’s in the center of the town with lots of shops cafés etc. The communication with Tristan was perfect. On a very short notice he made it possible that we could check in over an hour earlier.“

„We loved this place! Exactly as advertised and the owner instantly answered all our questions. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve ever seen and we were able to cook many meals here and saved hundreds of dollars on dining out costs. The hub tub in the back was an added nice touch and we enjoyed it every night. Finally, this house was ideal for our medium size dog. She loved the back yard and was very relaxed here. "Uns hat die Anlage sehr gut gefallen, mehrere zweistöckige Häuser verteilt über die gesamte, sehr schön bewachsene Hotelanlage. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt und das Wasser angenehm beheizt. Über einen kleinen Weg am Hang mit Treppenstufen aus Holz kommt man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in die kleine Einkaufsstraße mit einer Auswahl an Restaurants. Wir würden auf jeden Fall hier nochmals gerne übernachten 😉"
