„Perfect place to stay on Smith Mountail Lake. Walking distance to any lake activity you would want plus one of the best restaurants around. Very clean with terrific communication with owner. Only note is even though occupancy says for 4, it is really 2 adults, 2 children. We Intended for 4 adults to stay and had to make other accommodations for 2nd couple. Will definitely rebook if we have another house overflow issue. “

„The view and the porch are amazing. We stayed on the porch and just relaxed and looked at the boats coming in and out a lot of the time. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and everything was very clean. The property is so beautiful and access to the water was very simple. We enjoyed paddleboarding on the calm cove.“

„Great view! Wonderful property manager. He answered all our crazy questions about the area. Went beyond to make sure we got all we needed. Must tell people to go to the Napoli restaurant a few steps away. Fab food! We were pulling a bass boat, so our check in took awhile to figure out where the boat ramp was...but got it done. „The condo was clean and comfortable with spectacular floor to ceiling windows of the lake with stellar sunset views over SML and the mountains. The location was perfect for our group of 5 adults— 5 minutes from the state park (fishing and hiking), 15 minutes to eateries/grocery, and 45 minutes to Peaks of Otter. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We hope to visit again soon!“

Moon dance at Bernard’s Landing was so lovely, comfortable, and clean. It was relaxing and the view of the Lake was beautiful even on the rainy days.
