Hotels Callands-Gretna

„Staff was amazing. Carol was very kind and friendly. We arrived very late and she had our room all ready and welcomed us with cheerful smiles eventhough it was almost 11pm. Food was great and staff was very responsive when we needed something. Parking is great too. We will stay there again.“

„Da stimmt das Verhältnis aus Preis und Leistung.“

„War ein schönes Hotel das man weiter empfehlen kann Also mir hat’s gefallen“

„Alles in allem gut und sauber!“

„I've stayed in alot of hotels and motels over the years working construction. This hotel was horrible, extremely dirty, just gross place. Definitely not worth the 100.00 dollars just because it's by a lake. Just avoid this place. Very dirty.“

„It was not a balcony where you could sit. It was just a sliding door that you could open to get fresh air.“

„Be aware of the hidden fees. Also, There’s not even a free breakfast. They treat nickels like man hole covers.“

„Room was descent. Quiet location even though in town. Breakfast was ok.“

„Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption SMS Schreibend warten gelassen. Dokumente konnten nur gedruckt und nicht gescannt warden. WiFi Empfang immerwieder unterbrochen.“

„The breakfast choices were horrible. Need to add fresh fruits & yogurts“

„Upon arrival, the owner was standing at the main lobby desk, alongside another employee. He has zero customer service skills. Acknowledge every guest as they enter and show eye contact, add a smile! The property is very dated. My room stunk - a simple air freshener powder on the carpet before vacuuming could go a long ways. I had to crank the a/c in late October to help with the smell. It’s an ideal location and the ladies at front desk were very kind. Breakfast - forget about it. A one bed ...

„The property and facilities are nice, yet I encountered several issues during my stay. I had trouble connecting to the Wi‑Fi: only the passcode was provided, with no network name. I repeatedly tried Wi‑Fi networks named after room numbers but failed. I had to go out to ask staff for the correct SSID and login details, and I waited a long time for assistance in the middle of the night. Additionally, the TV turned on by itself at around 5 a.m. while it was still dark, which was quite unsettling. ...

„Wir waren etwas enttäuscht, weil die Aggregate der Klimaanlage sehr geräuschvoll waren und auch im Zimmer zu hören waren als unangenehmer Dauerton. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war noch lauter und man hatte die Wahl zwischen stickiger Luft oder Rattern. Rein optisch war das Zimmer sehr ansprechend und auch die Außenanlage war schön. Allerdings war der Swimmingpool schon abgedeckt, obwohl das Wetter noch gut war.“

„Other than the fact half the place smelled like for all the weed smokers that were there it was good.“

„Breakfast area to small.“

„Typisches Motel. Alles nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand. Ok für ein zwei Nächte. Sehr freundliches Personal. “
