„Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise.“

„Easy, friendly check-in and nice room. Fab bathroom. Great to have an 'on-the-go' breakfast available in the morning (yoghurt, fruit & porridge pot). Bit of a walk from New Street station but I enjoy walking so fine for me. Pleasant walk into the town (20 - 30 mins) The only down side for me was the noise from the Button Factory next door which I thought may be quieter on a Monday night.
