„Versehentlich wurde das Zimmer noch einmal von der Kreditkarte belastet. Nachdem ich selbst noch einmal nachgesehen hatte, ob das Zimmer nicht bereits bezahlt war, und darauf aufmerksam machte, wurde mir der Betrag wieder gut geschrieben. So etwas sollte ein Hotel beim Check-In doch eigentlich wissen! Gut, dass ich meine Kreditkartendaten von einem Dreiviertel Jahr vorher als Beweis abfotografiert hatte! Also aufpassen! „We stayed in Executive Super King room. We had a very spacious comfortble bed, sofa, tea/coffee making facilities. Separate shower/toilet with toiletries. I did not notice if there was a safe in the room. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was perfect and lovely presentation. We had to fill a Form for breakfast the night before which is fine as there would be no food wastage. My only concern was they held £50 which did not clear my account until after 4 day. Right in the heart of Birmingham city centre, parking at B4parking isn’t too far and you get a discount if you enter your vehicle registration on the tablet in the lobby when you check out. Only downside is the noise due to the bars around however that’s expected given the location “
