The Space:

Escape to Cabo and stay at our beachfront condo in Terrasol Beach Resort. Nestled along a peaceful, expansive beach, it's perfect for travelers looking for a quiet retreat. Enjoy a private rooftop terrace with sun loungers and outdoor seating, plus stunning ocean views and nightly sunsets! The property offers two pools, one of which is a fabulous oceanfront pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, plus a gym onsite, so you don’t have to break your daily routine.



Our condo exudes a calming ambiance with vibrant Mexican artwork and traditional decor. The open-plan layout is bathed in natural light. When you're not out exploring or lounging by the pool, relax in the sitting room with its comfy sofa and Smart TV. Wall-to-wall doors can open up to extend the living space and lead to a balcony with cushioned lounge chairs, perfect for unwinding with an ocean breeze.



The kitchen is fully equipped with quality stainless steel appliances, a kitchen hood and everything needed to prepare meals at home—plus extras like a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and even a dishwasher for quick clean-ups! For snacks or a coffee, pull up a seat at the breakfast bar and enjoy sit-down meals at the dining table. If you enjoy barbecuing and eating outside, you’ll have an additional dining table that comes with a view!



When it’s time to rest for the night, the bedroom comes with a fabulous king-sized bed adorned with high-quality linens and plush pillows. The room also features AC, a ceiling fan, and room-darkening curtains on the large glass doors that give access to the ocean-view balcony to help ensure a restful night. For added comfort, you’ll also find a selection of reading materials available in the room. For extra sleeping space, the sofa in the sitting room converts into a double bed. The spacious bathroom, adorned with traditional Mexican tiles, also includes a laundry area with a stacked washer and dryer to help keep your vacation wardrobe fresh.

Terrasol Beach Resort is at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula along an expansive beach, offering privacy and proximity to key attractions, like Cabo’s famous beach bars and restaurants and its lively downtown. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
