„The hotel is in good condition.
The hotel is in a great location in the art district where you can go outside in the evenings.
It is very clean. Rooms are equipped with a kitchen and two beds and there is enough space.
The only problem is that the rooms have no soundproofing on the outside and it is therefore very noisy due to the street noise.“

„Everything was great. Our only complaint was that leaving our room, 412 in Baja point, the smell of sewage was strong every day. Was pretty gross. But as soon as we were upstairs it was gone. So it was a hold your breath and go. Didn’t smell in the room either. But next time I would ask to move rooms and it kind of grossed you out when u r feeling clean hah.
Pools were great. Towels are available at both big pools which one of been good to know as we kept going to the main pool next door at ...

„Strand in Hotelnähe zum Baden wenig geeignet. Besser CHilleno-Bay (ca 10 Autominuten Ri. Ost) Sehr gutes Schnorchelterrain, Sonnenschirme frei. Bewachter Strand.
Küche gut nutzbar, aber nur große Töpfe. Einkaufsmöglichkeit Walmart (Ri West.)

„der Ort selbst, Carbo de San Lucas ist ein Satellitort ohne jeglichen kulturellen Background, nur für Touristen errrichtet und vollkommen von Amerikanern geprägt.
Das muss einem bewusst sein und das muss man mögen.
Hingegen San Jose de Cabos ist ganz Nahe und entzückend, kann ich wirklich weiterempfehlen aber 7 Tage sind genug...“

„Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Shops are nearby but not ideal to walk in the heat. In the evening it can be a bit noisy as restaurant guests and staff go in and out. Check in was inconvenient as we arrived only one hour early and were not allowed to check in. Even the hotel was with couple guests. A deposit is required and although they keep 1 cent to show an instant refund, it actually took a week. Better to pay in cash.

„This a late review. My stay was from April 4-9 2026 with my 18 year old daughter and 15 year old son.
