Once on-site, The Agency Baja will provide access to the unit and perform and in-person walk-through to welcome you. During this time, we will make sure that everything is exactly to specification and that no detail has been overlooked.

- Booking & Age Requirements: To preserve a relaxed, family-oriented environment, all groups must have at least one member who is 25 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter. The maximum capacity of the property is strictly 4 guests.

- Strict No-Smoking Policy: To ensure the property remains immaculate for everyone, a strict no-smoking policy is enforced both indoors and outdoors. Violation of this policy carries a $500 USD penalty.

- Condo Policies: To protect the high-end finishes of the home, pets are not allowed on-site.

- Local Taxes: Please note that listed luxury rental rates are subject to an additional 16% VAT and a 4% Lodging Tax
