„Nice hotel in a beautiful location on the edge of the market square in Masham. The staff were really friendly and our room was good, it's a shame the bar closes early, we were up there for a gig at the Town Hall and wanted a drink afterwards with our friends, luckily the Bruce Arms were very accommodating. A nice place to stay, a shame there were no biscuits in the rooms for your afternoon cuppa though.“

„Arrival was easy, nobody manning reception but was not a problem, key left on the side clearly labelled and clear instructions etc. Room clean and well presented, good amenities, including tea, coffee, fresh milk etc. Room not perfectly blackout with some streetlight coming in round the side of the curtains, and a faint green light from the fire exit sign, not something that bothers me as I sleep with my eyes closed, but some day dreamers might want a blindfold. Bed was clean, very comfortable ...
