„Alles Gute“

„Sehr freundliches Personal, gepflegte Unterkunft, sehr gutes Essen im Pub.“

„When in Sunderland, this is my place to stay. “

„I (we) have never stayed in a castle before so randomly coming across thought why not as it was on par with staying in Durham. We stayed in the main castle rather than the wing rooms.

„First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got. ...

„Ample parking. Amazing breakfast. Great views“

„Preiswert, freundlich, personal teils unbeholfen“

„Every time I travel back north I stay at this place as it's friendly, has what you need and more-aka the restaurant next door and nearby to bigger shops too“

„Tolles Hotel tolle Leute tolles Restaurant alles bestens…Ich werde definitiv wieder vorbeikommen… Sehr schönes und großes SPA Bereich. Sauna Pool etc…“
