"Good location looking straight down to the sea loch…otters close by though we failed to see them. The local walk along the b road is lovely….looking towards The Wilderness. Mrs Campbell is a real character…gets very heated if you leave the gate open, but otherwise very chatty and amiable."

"Couldn’t fault the property or the staff. The amenities are as best as you could expect in such a small island. Manager was very helpful and chatty I would recommend the Colonsay Hotel for shorts stays , not because there is anything wrong with it , the staff , ir the island but it is a small island ..."

"Alles sauber und neu, allerdings war es ein ganz einfacher Pod. Inseriert war es als luxury pod und der Preis war auch luxury. Dafür hätte ich wenigstens ein Fenster erwartet.Sehr schön war die Möglichkeit, ein Feuer zu machen.Holz mitbringen!"
