„Man fühlt sich wie in einem großen Privathaus. Den Gästen stehen in Haus u. Garten neben den Zimmern viele Räumlichkiten zur Verfügung, wo man lesen u. entspannen kann.“

„Lovely staff and comfy bed, We were late for breakfast but the were still happy to serve us. The pub has recently been under new management so they are busy with improvements. Would happily return,“

„Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Der Willkommensgruß war toll und sehr lecker. Leider konnten wir das Fenster kaum öffnen. Es war sehr heiß im Zimmer. Tolles Restaurant und schöner Biergarten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.“

„Sehr malerisch mit netten Gastgebern“

„That is how you imagine a good british hotel when coming from the continent. We stayed 2 nights as family. Has an old style character, but the rooms we had were renovated. Dinner, Teatime and Breakfast were good, we enjoyed it. Also the sourrounding is very nice, the kids loved the peacocks. The pool was ok, the dressing rooms was a little bit of outdated, but it seems that there are renovations ongoing. All in all a recommendation, if we would be in that area again, we would definitly come ...

„Lage, Personal und Gebäude machen dieses Hotel zu einem hervorragenden Ziel für Familien mit Kindern.“

„Geräumiges Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, hundefreundlich, verkehrsgünstig. Englisches Frühstück. Hafermilch wäre noch besser gewesen. Sonst alles top.“

„Expensive for room only, paid £222. Room in need of update and maintenance. Could not get TV on without entering my email address. The room was on the ground floor behind the pub and very noisy until all guests left about 11.30“

„I liked that it was very close to town and the train station. The water system needs some improvement.“

„Perfect stay & excellent food“
