Villa Bellamia is a splendid two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Bellamia you will enjoy a broad view of the valley and of the greenery. Villa Bellamia is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 6 km (3.7 miles) from Bucine, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 2.6 km (roughly 1.6 miles). You will reach Villa Bellamia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Bellamia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.
Villa Bellamia is tended by a caretaker, who resides in an annex on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with two sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the valley. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.
Patio
The patio is 330 square meters (3550 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with two sofas and with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace made of glass. In this room you will find a large satellite television (local channels). The room has three high windows. In the living room of Villa Bellamia you will find an elevator that will take you to the first floor.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a small high window.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the dining room through a brickwork arched opening. It is very well equipped, with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The kitchen also has two small high windows.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen through an access area. Laundry room
