Only 150m TO BLUESFEST BUS STOP or 5 minutes drive to Bluesfest itself! Quiet location and just a short stroll to two rivers, beaches, cafes, shops, the iconic pub, great restaurants and the world famous Brunswick Picture House!

It's situated in a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined street. It's a cosy, self contained guest apartment on the ground floor and is newly renovated with a marble bathroom and luxury mattresses. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two singles. You have your own patio to enjoy a cuppa and conversation.

There is so much to see and do locally and in the surrounding area. Byron Bay and Mullumbimby are 15 minutes drive away and there is so much to explore in the hinterland.

If you've never been to Brunswick Heads before, then be prepared to fall in love. It's a very special village.

The Property.
The apartment has its own front and back doors with its own private patio and a small private, leafy yard.
There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a smaller bedroom with two very comfortable single beds. The living area is open plan with a lounge area and . There are two lounges and a television with Netflix for relaxing after your daily adventures.

There is a kitchenette with a small dining table, equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric jug, coffee plunger, crockery, cutlery, etc. Please note that there is a Weber barbecue but no cooktop or oven.

We use natural or low odour cleaning products during our thorough cleaning. Great for guests with allergies or those just wanting to avoid chemical overload.

The incredible Brunswick Heads Picture House is a short walk away. It is an amazing and diverse venue with international and world class performers. (It's signature Cheeky Cabaret is on monthly and should not be missed!). You should try to book ahead though.

We live in the residential area of Brunswick Heads in a quiet street. Perfect for your peaceful getaway stay and a great nights sleep. With that comes an obligation to consider our neighbours, so-
- No parties or guests
- No smoking inside or outside
- please take conversations inside after 9pm
- loud music or noise is not acceptable
- please consider neighbours at all times, especially when arriving home at night.


We provide bath towels for your use in the apartment only. Please bring your own beach towels.

WARNING - be aware that visiting Brunswick Heads often results in strong desires to chuck it all in and move here.
