„The host was slow to reply to messages. We found it hard to locate the house and when we did, the keys didn't work. It was dark and we had three children with us. I messaged the host and he phoned me about two hours later, by which time, my daughter had gone around to the next street to the other door and managed to get in. There was no hair dryer and I messaged asking where it was, but the host didn't reply at all. I was disappointed that we had to pay for a sixth guest as my daughter came for ...

„Easy check in and good communication. House was in a central location within a nice 20 min walk to Poole quay past lots of shops. We also visited Poole park which was very close by and had a great walk around the lake. We only stayed 1 night but the property was furnished to a high standard with comfy beds. The parking was very tight, husband is a HGV driver so was fine but i would have struggled! Bean bags would be useful so everyone could sit together in living room. Minor things though and ...
