The Space:

The ground floor features a bright and welcoming living room with a comfortable corner sofa, alongside a spacious dining area that seats eight and opens directly onto the garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, complemented by a convenient utility room for your laundry needs. A dedicated games room at the rear offers a foosball table, dartboard, and television screen for your evening entertainment. A ground floor shower room and toilet are also provided for your convenience. Upstairs, you will find five lovely double bedrooms, each prepared with fresh linens and towels. A family bathroom with both a bath and shower serves the upper level. Outside, the enclosed rear garden offers a paved patio furnished with a large corner sofa, a dining set with a parasol, and a barbecue grill, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or dining alfresco.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire five bedroom house, which ensures complete privacy throughout your stay. You are more than welcome to enjoy the private garden and backyard, where you will find comfortable outdoor seating and a barbecue grill for your convenience. Parking is stress free with a private driveway that provides plenty of space for up to four vehicles. Please just keep in mind that the garage is reserved for owner use and is not included in your rental.



The Neighborhood:

Durlston Crescent is a lovely and peaceful residential street in Christchurch that offers a quiet retreat while keeping you close to all the action. You are perfectly positioned for exploration, with the historic Christchurch Quay, the iconic Priory, and the vibrant town centre just a short drive away. For beach lovers, the beautiful sands of Mudeford Quay, Highcliffe Beach, and Avon Beach are all easily accessible. If you are looking for a bit of adventure, the stunning New Forest National Park is just to the east, meaning you can be relaxing on the coast or wandering through ancient woodlands within a thirty minute drive. Bournemouth is also conveniently located about twenty minutes away, and you will find a variety of local shops, charming pubs, and excellent dining options within easy reach of your doorstep.



Getting Around:

We are happy to provide plenty of off street parking for up to four vehicles right on the driveway for your convenience. If you are arriving by train, Christchurch railway station is just a short drive away and offers reliable direct services to Bournemouth, Southampton, and London Waterloo. For those flying in, Bournemouth Airport is easily accessible within a fifteen minute drive. While local bus services are available to take you into the town centre, we recommend having a car so you can fully enjoy exploring the beautiful surrounding area at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00. The property accommodates a maximum of ten guests. Please note that parties, events, and additional visitors beyond the registered guests are strictly prohibited. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises, and pets are not allowed. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum after 22:00 to respect our neighbours.



Before Check-In



To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, all guests are required to complete a few steps before check-in. These are completed through the SuiteOp link provided after your booking and are separate from your accommodation payment. All pre-arrival steps must be completed before check-in.

2) Complete a quick identity verification

3) Choose your preferred damage protection option



For damage protection, you can choose between: a £500 refundable security deposit (a £500 deposit is held and returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue) OR a non-refundable damage waiver (this is charged at £20 for 1-night stay, £40 for a 2-night stay and a maximum of £45 for stays longer than 2 nights).

We want you to feel right at home during your stay. We offer convenient self check-in, giving you the privacy and flexibility to arrive and settle in at your own pace. IFJ Management is available throughout your stay should you need any assistance.
