The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. Steps to beach by way of a boardwalk with sitting area to watch the sunset or sunrise. Pool was closed for the season but looked nice. We enjoyed are stay very much, the unit fit our needs nicely. “
