„The hotel was great, room was very clean when we arrived and breakfast had good options. Our biggest complaint is that the room was not clean when we got back in the afternoon, we asked about housekeeping service and they said that their policy is now to clean every other day and that they should’ve told us when we checked in and that it says it on the bathroom wall. It does NOT say it on the bathroom wall and we were not informed when we checked in. We were 3 persons staying in the hotel ...

„Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. “
