Fab for one or two; VERY comfortable for up to 7 people AND your pets! This Home is CLEAN, Modern & Spacious, w/all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay! You’ll be communicating with me directly- not thru a VACAtion company. Rest assured, your trip will be amazing!
🛟Your own HOUSE! With plenty of parking. Bring your boats! (or moor them across the street in the harbor!) Quiet mornings, peaceful Sea Breeze filled nights. Please Note: It CAN GET pretty noisy at times (especially in the busy Summer months) You’re booking this home beCAUSE you’re literally AT the Port.
Sit back & relax in beautiful PRIVATE surroundings. Full kitchen, 50” flat screen Smart TV in the great room, Both bedrooms have quality queen beds topped with four pillows. (There are always extra blankets & pillows readily available for your own perfect sleeping requirements)
In addition to the two bedrooms, there’s a modern leather couch in the main living area that makes into a surprisingly comfortable queen bed, and…we have……… a LOFT!
🛟This home is Roomy, spacious and VERY comfortable. The Huge ‘eat in kitchen’ is awesome for cooking and entertaining, and the big gas BBQ right outside- is ready for your fresh catch! Personality and whimsey are everywhere! Natural light floods throughout the entire home that showcase some awesome modern Art and Local craftsmanship! Most of what you see here are one-of-a-kind pieces, designed and placed exclusively for your enjoyment :)
🛟A stones throw from all the “Sea” action- Seals, Seagulls, and Sea Lions. You’ll hear Fog horns, Sea sounds, and the light house bells in the distance- all 24/7.
🛟Just about everything you’ll want is right here at the Port- within walking distance. Buy local caught fresh crab from the docks!
Six Restaurants, ice cream & candy shops, and a small market- even a brand new Arcade…are all right across the street!

🛟In Summer months, this entire area is packed with visitors! In winter months…October-May…it’s quiet but still lots of great Fishing, King Tides & Crabbing are fabulous reasons to visit Brookings!
⚠️This home is based on double occupancy. TWO guests, One bed, no pets. EXTRA GUESTS are $50 per guest/per night- after the “double occupancy” rule. Yes, pets are EXTRA. $100 per pet for the entire stay. Service pets are free. ⚠️Emotional support dogs are not service dogs. The Americans with Disabilities Act cites that emotional support dogs or animals DO NOT HAVE THE TRAINING to do specific tasks in assisting a person with disabilities or impairment, unlike service animals. PETS are not free in any of our homes. Our yard is massive but not fenced or fully enclosed. Children” ages 3-17 are considered adults. You’ll be treated to the most amazing sights and sounds, all right from your very own place. You’re a stones throw from all the “Sea” action- Seals, Seagulls, and Sea Lions. Listen to the Fog horns and light house bells in the distance.

Traveling the California and Oregon Coast are fun! Did you know, our Pacific Ocean is the largest ocean in the world. All the other oceans won’t even fill half of the Pacific Ocean! Talk about FUN. Half the fun if getting here is traveling the Redwood Highway!
The Trees of Mystery is a MUST VISIT!
The Largest Redwood Trees on EARTH are in Del Norte County only ‘bout an hours drive.
Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park is a ‘Bucket List’ MUST.
The NEW “Walkway of Wonder” is a MUST VISIT. A1,300-foot raised walkway through the ‘Grove of Titans’ in the mystic redwood forest contains three of the 10 largest coastal redwoods trees known in existence! Did you know???…. the largest is named ‘Lost Monarch’ and he stands 320 feet tall and 26 feet in diameter. (That’s 81 feet around!) Now THAT. Is FUN! :)

Relax in front of the 65” flat screen TV, or…take a drive just north of Harris Beach, and walk the paths at mysterious Arch Rock. Chetco point is a Must Hike (wonderful paved pathways and wheelchair accessible!) The “Point” is a land and wooded peninsula that goes 1/4 mile out into the Ocean. It’s Breathtaking to see it, and if you’re game, you should hike it all the way to the Sea!
Harris Beach. It’s a spectacular beach. Flat, with massive unusual rock formations. Awe at unique pieces of driftwood, and sea urchins and clams. Search for shells and sea glass! The Oregon Coastline is a marvel for Locals, visitors, and ocean enthusiasts alike.
Cross the street to the Harbor Port, Maybe grab some Fresh Crab at the Docks, Fish and chips at Hungry Clam (YUM) or a quick Beer & the best Clam Chowder at Catalyst, or the Best Western Bacon Cheeseburger at Lucky Pirate! …then head to the beach! Sporthaven Beach (8-10 minute walk) is the “Locals Favorite Beach”
Perfect for ‘toe wiggling’ Make sure to walk to the LEFT on the Beach-about 1/4 mile to the Caves and Giant Rocks.
