„The location of this single wide mobile home was incredible; on the banks of the Winchuck River and a ten minute walk to the beach! We watched waterfowl, heard owls and saw a fox. However, the mobile home itself was worn out, and there was an overpowering smell of air freshener that no amount of fresh air could dissipate. We messaged the owner twice about animal noises coming from underneath the trailer. “

„Everything was great, truly. There was however, A LOT of loose hair, 5-6" long and dark ALL OVER the bathroom. At least 10 in the shower stall. A few on the walls of the bathroom and even some stuck to the cabinets as well as the floor. “

„We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that we were bummed about was the hot tub. Only a couple of the jets worked and not that well. But overall we had a good time. The house was very comfortable and the property is beautiful.“

„The house was spacious with lots of bedrooms and fun things to do for kids. However the house had a bad musty smell, the back sliding door didn’t lock, we found ants in different areas of the house, and the surrounding neighborhood was pretty run down. “

„The property is amazing. The decor is charming, and it is spacious. There are multiple spaces to hang out and relax. We enjoyed the large game room, hot tub and the sauna. The property was clean and the yard was well maintained. The location is convenient to the beach, harbor and good restaurants. The host Christy was great to work with and always responded promptly to any questions we had.I would recommend this property without hesitation and anticipate renting it in the future.“
