„I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Although all personnel I was in contact with were professional and competent, I must laud Chris at the desk for his stellar service and engaging manner. I had some problems prior to my arrival, and - though he couldn't help directly - his compassion on the phone and attentiveness once I arrived were memorable.“

„My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal.
