Bringelly Urlaub günstig buchen

Für eine Nacht ist eine gute Option aber nicht für länger... Hat kein Pool, Gym oder Terrasse im Gebäude drin. Das Frühstück ist auch zu verbessern (vor allem der Kaffee)

Clean and tidy. Quite

Unfortunately, a catalogue of errors turned a straightforward overnight stay into an extremely stressful experience. I booked specifically because I was working back-to-back 14-hour shifts and needed to avoid a three-hour round trip home. I arrived at 10pm, collected my key as instructed and was allocated Room 218. After 20 minutes searching different floors and hotel maps, I couldn’t find it. The out-of-hours number provided didn’t work. When I eventually reached an after-hours staff member on another number, I spent a further 25 minutes being put on hold and repeatedly told to keep looking, despite explaining that Room 218 wasn’t on any hotel map. They failed to identify or resolve the problem. After I returned exhausted to my car while on hold, I was told, “Well, you won’t find your room in your car.” With no solution offered, I had no option but to drive 55km home exhausted and make the same journey back to work early the next morning. The hotel later admitted that ROOM 218 DOES NOT EXIST — I should have been given Room 215. To management’s credit, they subsequently refunded my stay and provided three complimentary nights. However, my request for $50 towards the additional 110km of driving was not reimbursed. The response afterwards was appreciated, but the after-hours procedures and support clearly need addressing.

Sehr gutes Suites Hotel in zentraler Lage in Parramatta. Geräumige Zimmer, guter Service und Top Rooftop Bar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Spacious, comfortable rooms, great service. Nice variety of the breakfast buffet
