„We were not given the right type of room. Different from search to reservation to actual room. Promotes fireplaces in the photos, but not in all rooms. The room looked clean, but it did not look well maintained. Certainly not “romantic” as the room name or photos promoted. The photos in Expedia were MUCH nicer than the real room. They were not helpful to get a refund. Very poor service. Not thrilled with Expedia in using our cancelation insurance either. Up to use to fight with the insurance ...

„Wir sind am späten Nachmittag mit dem Auto angereist. Leider war am Servicedesk keine Person erreichbar. An der Tür war eine Telefonnummer zum Anrufen bei Abwesenheit angegeben. „Mixups with room type of reservations-not sure which end it was on (a bit of both!) but Host was amazingly accommodating and overnight stay was great! Super cute cabins, very clean. Lovely area! We were very pleased.“

„The door had an entry code which sometimes worked and sometimes did not! That was a bit scary...The thought of being locked out of our room and no host was present in the office to speak with. The shower ran all over the floor when I turned it on so we ended up just taking sponge baths while standing in the tub (instead of using the shower).
