„we booked this room as we needed an overnight stay during a road trip. the room was nice and the location worked out great for the trip. the toilet bowl a noticeable smell. and there was no hot water. since we arrived pretty late we were hoping we can shower in the morning and leave but the water was freezing. we could barely wash our faces. there were no instructions as to how to turn the water heater on (assuming there was one) and we were in a rush so we couldn't wait for an answer.“

„When my wife and I stayed it appears that they were in the process of updating and renovating this entire motel. The interior of our room had already been updated with fresh paint, new fixtures, floors, bed, bed stands, flat screen tv and a remodeled bathroom. Now It didn't mention it in the listing but I believe that the bathroom floors were heated which was a pleasant surprise. „Such a short stay it’s difficult to review. Fun 50’s vibe. Management is remodeling after last year’s devastating fires, but honestly couldn’t tell if our room was a remodel or not! It was comfortable but bare-boned. The walls are paper thin, and our neighbor next to us had her TV on until 4 am. The BBQ place right across the highway was a great find! We’d definitely give them a second chance next time we travel that way.“
