Lage, Lage, Lage! Es ist leicht zu verstehen, warum die Tyra Condominiums so gefragt sind. Sie fahren nicht nur mit den Skiern rein / raus, sondern sitzen auch nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt von Breckenridge entfernt.
Tyra Stream 343 ist ein geräumiges 3-Schlafzimmer-Loft mit Ski-In / Ski-Out. 25 Bad Eigentumswohnung befindet sich auf der Parkebene des Tyra "Stream" -Gebäudes; macht es zu einer Einheit im Erdgeschoss ohne Stufen zum Klettern. Diese Wohnung verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer sowie im Loft, Whirlpool-Whirlpool im Master-Badezimmer, kostenfreies WLAN und einen 42 "-Flachbild-HDTV.
Entspannen Sie nach einem langen Tag auf den Pisten in den gemeinschaftlichen Whirlpools im Innen- und Außenbereich.
Hast du hunger Nutzen Sie den Gemeinschaftsgrill und lernen Sie neue Freunde kennen!

SOMMER-HIGHLIGHTS:

Überqueren Sie die Straße und folgen Sie zwei Pfaden entlang des Sawmill Creek. Von dort ist es eine 3/4 Meile Wanderung zum 4 O'Clock Reservoir. Abenteuerlustige können im Sommer auf dem 4 O'Clock Trail direkt hinter dem Gebäude zur Spitze des 12.998 Fuß hohen Gipfels 8 wandern. Fahren Sie im Sommer mit dem Mountainbike den Four O'Clock Trail hinauf oder fahren Sie mit einem "Komfort" -Rad auf dem 14 km langen, asphaltierten Pfad entlang des Blue River. Gehen Sie drei Blocks in die Innenstadt von Breckenridge mit ihren vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Genießen Sie die Parade am 4. Juli, das Rafting auf dem sanften Blue River und die Konzerte des National Repertory Orchestra. Sie können auch den Breckenridge Fun Park auf Peak 8 genießen, der eine Alpinrutsche, eine Achterbahn für zwei Personen, Minigolf, eine Kletterwand, ein lustiges Labyrinth und Ponyreiten für Kinder bietet. Sie können sich auf den Weg zum höchsten Sessellift Nordamerikas machen, dem Imperial Chair, und 3 1/2 Meilen zurück zu dieser Wohnung fahren, um zu Mittag zu essen, oder am Ende des Tages die müden Beine in den Whirlpools des Komplex. Erleben Sie Breckenridges jährlichen Schneeskulpturenwettbewerb in der letzten Januarwoche. Neben den Schneeskulpturen befindet sich die Eisburg, die bis Ende März geöffnet bleibt. Fahren Sie in einem Bergschlitten durch die Straßen von Breckenridge, der von einem Team belgischer oder Percheron-Zugpferde gezogen wird. Genießen Sie das einmonatige Konzert- und Veranstaltungsfestival im April in Breckenridge.

Great location

Great location. We loved our stay here. As advertised. We were able to ski up to within maybe 30 steps of the front door. The lift is a short walk down the hill. The property could use a facelift, but we loved it and would highly recommend it.

Amazing Location

We had 7 people (extended family) ranging in age from 9-49 staying at the condo. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the property. The location is amazing - half a block walk to Snowflake lift, ski in from the backside on 4 o'clock run and short walk to outdoor hot tub. We had no issues finding parking spots. The decor is a little out of date which we had no problems with. The only issue we had was the water in the upstairs shower was either super hot or cold we could not get anything in the middle. I would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this location. It had plenty of space and the location was perfect for easily accessing downtown. Would certainly recommend anyone to stay there for a trip to breckenridge

Everything about the property looks good until you step foot in the door. Radiator covers just laying on the floors, screens bent/broken on just about every room in the condo.

Nice but needs work

Communication with the host was great, checkin very easy. However, the Condo itself needs work. There are no ceiling lights so only lamps in bedrooms. Lamp in bunk room did not work at all. Lamp in loft bedroom did not work. One lamp in living room did not work. Bedrooms need more than 1 small lamp, makes rooms too dark. Floor radiators were falling apart in the living room, hanging off the frames. Loft bathroom shower had no water pressure and barley worked. There were warm spots on the floor near the dining room table, so if you have floor radiant heat, it only worked in one spot. The location was great, had plenty of towels and kitchen ware for what we needed.

Family Reunion 2024

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is nice and big - especially the dining room table.. It was wonderful for our family reunion. It is in the perfect location in Breckenridge - it is pretty easy to get almost anywhere. The home could use updating and was a bit dirty, but if that doesn’t get you, the book it.

Location is everything for this property!

The ski in/ski out is fabulous plus a 1/2 mile walk into town is awesome! A few issues that were encountered such as poor flushing toilets, fireplace didn’t work (didn’t work 2 years ago when we stayed there either), very cold bedrooms and ceiling fan in loft was so dusty you couldn’t use it. Again, the location is key with this one!

Good but needs some minor maintenance work

Good location. Fairly spacious. The one complaint we had was a minor state of disrepair. But I think this could be normal after a busy rental season. For example, the carpet had many stains and one bathroom wall had been repaired but not painted. Honestly though, none of these really affected our enjoyment.

Snowboarding trip

Stayed at Tyra ll many times. Location is awesome, but this time none of the TVs in the bedrooms worked. Call management to see about getting them working. took a day to get someone there and when he left nothing had been fixed. Small inconvenience but for the double I payed compared to the many other times staying there, in should have been fixed.

Perfect Location/Condo Needs Updating

This condo is in an ideal location and is well set up for a fairly large group. It has easy access to the mountain. The check in process wasn't ideal because the key wasn't in the lock box but under the mat. (I would have thought that the cleaners would have ensured that the key was in the right place.) There are a number of small things that could be addressed. First the faucet in the kitchen is loose and barely works. Second, one of the smoke detectors was missing batteries (this is probably something that should be checked at every turnover). I don't want to make too much of these issues because we could have just called the property manager and didn't feel like but the point is for a place like this these kinds of things should be done. Finally, for a place like this the kitchen had substandard equipment. There were probably 3-4 toasters in various cabinets but not a single decent knife. (I own a rental property and don't rent it out with my good knives but do try to provide something decent.) There weren't enough glasses or the right kinds. There were probably a half dozen tumblers but no rocks glasses or wine glasses. When relatives came to visit we drank wine out of coffee mugs. All that said, it's a great place in a great spot and if I knew these issues were addressed, I would absolutely rent again. Thanks.

Great location but has issues

Pros: Location. Roomy. Ground Level entry. Outside Hot Tub. Mountain stream right outside the window. Cons: Carpet, Shower, Deck, Furniture, Mattress pads were filthy. These items were broken when we arrived - Master shower was non-functional, could not open deck door, 2nd shower drain was very slow drain, love seat leg was broken and replaced with an actual rock, stove top knob was broken leaving only 2 burners working, trim on bunk bed room popped off, several windows didn't open, multiple outlets were non-functional. Kitchen knives were very dull. Basic kitchen supplies were lacking (hot pads, drink pitcher, kitchen towels, dish cloth). Property management did bring kitchen towels and fixed the master shower within the first 3 days. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge and liked the convenience of the property location. Just be aware this is not a 4.5 star property.

Perfect Location for ski trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was room for everyone and everything worked but the fireplace. We were located across the street from the Snowflake ski lift and could ski in and ski out after snowstorm. Condo was well designed for our family of ten. The only negative was that some of the beds and kitchen utensils were not clean when we arrived. Management provided clean sheets very quickly and we cleaned the kitchen utensils, plates and glasses. Did not walk to Main Street due to long distance downhill.

Avoid this property!

This property was terrible, with a sofa missing a leg, knives that were so dull it was nearly impossible to prep food, thermostats that were useless because the unit was constantly overheated (possibly from the unit below), electrical outlets that didn't work, and a management company that failed to address these issues. The window in the loft bedroom was broken. The loft photos do not show the large ceiling area windows that allow light in all night which impaired our sleep. We arrived to find one room flooded from an ice dam and Summit Vacations did not take proper action for days while it dripped into the room. Call after call to Summit Vacations and VRBO, and each time we had to re-explain our situation. Terribly disappointed.....

Awesome location, would stay again!

This was an awesome location. We had a group of 8 and were able to comfortably fit with everyone having a bed and their own space (two couples and 6 individuals). The layout was open and we didn't feel cramped like some other places we have stayed in the past. There was tons of pots and pans for cooking and everything was clean, unlike some past reviews we read. Everything was working in all the rooms which was good! The only negative we had was comfort of the beds and pillows. I slept in the queen with the bathroom attached and it was very uncomfortable. The pillows were old it felt like and not much cushion. The bed was very hard. My friend was in the king bed and also said it was very uncomfortable. He felt a big dent/divot in the middle because he said it was two frames pushed together to support the beds. It also got very stuffy in the property. We didn't turn the heat on at all but it seemed to hover at about 70 degrees. We had to open windows to let air flow which got a little cold but kept it more comfortable. I still give this property an overall 5 stars becuase of the awesome location (literally a 2 min walk to snowflake lift) and practically ski to the doorstep afterwards. I would recommend the owner adding some box fans to the rooms for air circulation and definitely upgrading the pillows! Other than that, we had a great time and would come back again.
