„We stayed here while visiting and shopping Round Top market. It was the perfect place to come back to after spending long hours on our feet in the heat. The back patio was a lovely place to relax. The entire property is so peaceful and lovely. It may be a little out of the way but it's worth it!It was clean, the bed was super comfy, and best of all we were welcomed with the most delicious loaf of sourdough bread! Highly recommend staying here.“

„This is the most charming property. I stayed in the main house in a beautiful room on the ground floor. Everything is so well maintained, you feel as if you are living in your own lovely farmhouse. The owners have thought of everything - from the honor bar where you can grab a seltzer water or a snack to the delicious coffee you can make to kick off your day. I also love the pool area! Loved it all -- and can't wait to go back! “

This house is only about 15 minutes or so away from Round Top and its surrounding shops, so it's perfect!In addition, Lynn was great to communicate with over text. Fast and friendly!“

Andy is so communicative and even came up to give us an iron when we needed one (even though we just needed to look in the closet haha). It’s the perfect distance to downtown Waco and definitely a cozy vibe for sure. We will be back again!“
