Walk right into this 3BR/2 Bath condo/townhome located just a short 4.5 miles from the Branson Strip. This is the perfect location to great restaurants, entertainment, lake time, shopping, and everything else Branson has to offer!

LIVING AREA

After a busy day of sightseeing, unwind in the large living room, furnished with a large sectional sofa and recliner. Enjoy movie night on the 70" smart TV with cable.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully-stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and stocked to create meals for your group!

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen island with seating for two or gather around the dining table with seating for six.

BED & BATH

This two-story condo sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. Don't want to do stairs.....retreat to the main floor master king suite with an en-suite bathroom. Head upstairs to find a queen bedroom, bunk room and second bathroom. Smart TV's in all bedrooms to stream your Netflix and enjoy a late night show before a restful nights sleep. Access the upstairs deck from both bedrooms.

Take in the Ozark air on the back patio or upstairs balcony.

Parking is available for two vehicles in front of the condo. Washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

When you are ready to venture out, you don't have to go too far! So many amenities provided right in the resort! You can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool (seasonal) and hot tub (adult only), playground, dog park, amazing fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more.

Golf Stay & Play deal! We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer this to our guests. Here’s what you need to know:

$60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play.

Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking.

***Dogs CONSIDERED. DO NOT INSTANT BOOK without discussing and getting PRE approval for your dog. We consider 1 small to medium, low shedding, adult dogs. Your dog must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, is not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee.

On Location-Swimming, tennis, basketball, fishing, playground, bar and grill, dog park, and golfing. Golfing requires extra fees at the golf shop.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
