„Check in was smooth, plenty of communication, very clean & everything we could need for our stay! Huge kitchen & plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Linens were clean & comfy. Grandparents stayed on level, so no stairs for them. Teens downstairs & we stayed up! We didn’t have time for the pools, but Ms Pac-Man was fun! “

„We loved the location and the cleanliness. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a little inconvenient to have check in at a completely different location, but once we got it figured out it was smooth sailing. Beautiful views and loved the screened in area. We were disappointed we couldn’t get late check out, but we understand that happens sometimes. The only other comment I have is that the showers were a little short. I am 5’9” and it was challenging for me. My husband is 6’4 ...

„Beautiful and Cozy!! Loved being right on the water!! We even walked over (through a couple steps of water to get to the dock, but not a big deal) and we splish splashed all evening on our rafts off the dock! Enjoyed the beautiful sunsets! Even though there is not a clear view of the lake on the top floor suite, with all the trees, we just peaked between the limbs and over by the dock view! Would definitely stay again and nxt time maybe plan a family get together here with 7 suites in this ...

„This property was beautiful and exactly as described. The fishing is not great unless you want to fish for bluegill. That was our only downfall. The beds are comfortable, it’s very clean, the outside is gorgeous, and the hot tub was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again! “

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und die Aussicht auf den See ist wundervoll. Als wir da waren war das Restaurant geöffnet und wir können es empfehlen. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel etwas abseits, zum nächsten Restaurant sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Leider wurde uns für unseren Aufenthalt rund 10% mehr in Rechnung gestellt als gemäss der Buchungsbestätigung von Hotels.com fällig gewesen wäre. Zum einen wurde das Doppelte an Steuern in Rechnung gestellt. Dies haben wir bereits beim Einchecken bemerkt, als wir die Rechnung bezahlt haben. Unsere Beschwerde wurde ignoriert. Beim Auschecken haben wir dann nach der mussten wir dann festellen, dass uns auch noch Kreditkartengebühren von rund 2% durch das Hotel belastet wurden. Man hat den durch uns authorisierten Betrag einfach bei der finalen Kreditkartenbelastung nach oben geändert. Nach mehr als einer Woche hat das Hotel auf die Beschwerde seitens Hotels.com immer noch nicht reagiert. Schade, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, aber unter den Voraussetzungen würde ich das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel buchen."
