Summary:
Welcome to Cool Water Cabin! This beautiful 3 bedroom home is located in an extremely unique spot, directly on Lake Taneycomo across from the famous Branson Landing! You will have access to your own private dock where you can dock your boat, go fishing, or relax on the swings enjoying the view! You'll be set with two fire pits, a hot tub, a sauna, 3 king beds, and lots of room!
The Space:
Step right into the kitchen and dining area! The beautiful kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you would need to cook up your favorite meals! Lots of room to make this kitchen fit for a chef! We also have both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot for all you coffee lovers! Then pull up a chair for breakfast with your loved ones around the dining room table or pull up a seat at the counter to keep the cook company. Right next to the kitchen and dining area is the living room. Take a load off, and sink right into the cozy leather couches! There is plenty of room for everyone to relax to together and feel at home. The large flat screen TV offers the perfect spot for a movie night or enjoy your favorite cable TV show.
Take your pick for a great night's sleep in any of the three bedrooms, all featuring a king bed. The primary bedroom adds a little extra luxury with private access to the back deck and an attached ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks and a walk-in shower! The other two bathrooms also boast of luxury with their unique sinks!
With no shortage of things to brag about, the back deck is another favorite that this sweet home has to offer! Hang out in the hammock or curl up on the couches around the fire pit. Soak in the private hot tub and sauna at the end of a long day! Or spend the day down by the lake! Enjoy a lazy lake day on your own private dock! There are chairs around the fire pit on the shore or swings on the dock!
Guest Access:
The whole house will be yours as well as the lower land by the dock and the dock itself! (The stairs down to the dock are steep, use at your own risk.) No need for keys, the front door has a keypad lock on it so you will be able to check yourselves in!

Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 5 minutes from the Branson Landing, offering a plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show from the outdoor amphitheater! The famous HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is only 8 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
