Welcome to Highland Retreat, a spacious 3BR/3BA Pointe Royale condo that sleeps up to 10 guests and gives families and groups plenty of room to relax after a day in Branson.



With 2 king bedrooms, an open loft-style 3rd bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, a stand-up arcade, private deck and access to Pointe Royale’s year-round indoor pool and resort amenities, Highland Retreat is a comfortable home base for families, couples and multi-family trips.

PLEASE NOTE: The 3rd bedroom is an open loft rather than a fully enclosed bedroom.

We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer our guests a Stay & Play rate.



- $60 per person per round of 18 holes with cart

- Regular rate is approximately $109.99

- Available to guests on the reservation during their stay

- Tee times must be reserved by phone through the golf course

- Please let us know in advance if you plan to use the Stay & Play rate so we can provide the required booking confirmation

Highland Retreat is conveniently located near many of Branson’s most popular attractions.



- Approximately 4 miles / 9 minutes to the Branson Strip

- Approximately 2 miles / 9 minutes to Fall Creek Marina on Lake Taneycomo

- Approximately 5 miles / 12 minutes to State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake

- Approximately 8 miles / 15 minutes to Silver Dollar City

- Approximately 8 miles / 19 minutes to Branson Landing



IMPORTANT PROPERTY DETAILS



- Highland Retreat is a second-level condo

- The property entrance is accessible only by stairs

- The 3rd bedroom is an open loft

- A rental agreement is required and will be emailed after booking



PET POLICY



Dogs are considered with prior approval only.



- One small-to-medium adult, low-shedding dog

- $25/night non-refundable pet fee

- Dog must be fully housetrained

- Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds

- Dog must be leashed and picked up after outside

- Dog must be kenneled when left unattended

- Dog must not be a persistent barker or whiner when left alone

- Current flea and tick treatment is required



Please contact us BEFORE booking if you would like to bring a dog.



CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES



To help our cleaning team prepare the home for the next guests, we ask that the following check-out procedures be completed:



- Set heat to 60° or A/C to 75°. During June through August, please leave A/C running at 70°.

- Remove garbage from bathrooms and kitchen and take all trash to one of the blue dumpsters.

- Place soiled dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.

- Make sure all windows, doors and sliders are closed and locked.

- Optional: If time allows, start one load of towels in the washing machine. Our cleaning team will transfer them to the dryer.

- Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Lost or removed key cards are subject to a $20 replacement charge per card.

- Take a final look around for personal belongings and chargers.

- Return all remotes to their designated rooms.
