Please note pool and spa heat is an add on and the cost to heat the pool and spa is $35 a day for 87 degree pool and 102 degree spa. • Pet Fee: $150 per pet per stay
•Pool and Spa Heating Fee:
Optional pool & spa heat is $35 per day to maintain the pool at a comfortable 87° and the spa at 101° Fahrenheit. Please note extreme outside temperatures may impact heating times and overall water temperature beyond our control. Pool Heaters can only increase pool temperature by 20-25°F above outdoor temperatures. During cooler months, 87°F is not guaranteed.

• Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and toys are available for your enjoyment.
• The covered front porch is a great place to escape the group and settle in with a good book or daydream as the world goes by.
• Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station, Publix Supermarket, or Home Depot for around $25.
• Gas fire pit surrounded with Adirondack chairs for late-night chats.
• Guests are allowed to drop off their belongings prior to check-in time upon availability. Please check with host.

- No glassware in or around the pool.
- Use the pool at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty.
- Damages or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest.
