Fees & Fines
*Cleaning Fee: Included in your nightly rate.
*Pool Heating: Available upon request at $30 per night or $190 per week between November and May 15th.
*Extra Guests: $50 per night + tax per additional guest.
**Applies to all guests 2 years and older beyond 8 registered guests.
***Maximum occupancy is 8 guests/visitors at any time.
*Late Checkout:
***10:00–11:00 AM → $50
***11:00–12:00 PM → $100
***After 12:00 PM → Half of the arriving guest’s reservation rate Please note: late checkouts are rarely possible due to cleaning schedules and back‑to‑back bookings.
*Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited. Violation incurs a $1,000 fee.
*Smoking Indoors: Not permitted. Violation incurs a $500 fee.
