It features high-end stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, 2 full-size refrigerators and a spacious marble countertop island with seating for four, making it perfect for both meal preparation and socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cookware, utensils, and modern conveniences such as a blender, toaster, and both espresso and drip coffee makers. Complimentary ground coffee and sugar are included to enhance your morning routine. With two dining areas bathed in natural light, you can choose between formal dinners or casual breakfasts in your pajamas.

Location Description

⭐ Kindly Note!

- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (located by the front door, by the side of the house, and overlooking the driveway). No inside cameras.

- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.

- We provide free parking on the premises (our driveway can fit up to 5 cars).

- Guests are responsible for filling the BBQ grill’s propane tank.

- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and the pool heater may take up to 48 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know a week before you check-in.

- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

- No pets allowed, as the owner's allergic to them.

- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

- Liability/Risk: The hosts/co-hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while ON or OFF premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, including but not limited to pool, spas, stairs or playsets. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment taken off the premises. This also applies to others whom the guest invites to use the premises or equipment.
