The perfect beach vacation is a Shore Thing at our 5BD/4BA pool/spa beach home. Beautiful beaches await just a short walk away. Go from the beach to the patio & enjoy private heated pool w/spa, putting green, ping pong table, outdoor bar, & cornhole for endless entertainment. Prepare & share a meal on the grill or in the well-equipped kitchen or head to one of the many local restaurants & shops. Our home has a modern feel while providing the quintessential small town beach retreat experience!



The Space:

Please note: The city is currently doing work on the street in front of the house. You can still access parking through the alley.



Bedroom 1- Queen bed w/ensuite

Bedroom 4- 2 twin bunk beds (4 beds total)

Bedroom 5- Queen bed

Closet storage for rooms in common hall

Bunk bed room has storage in stairs and under bed

All 4 bathrooms have walk-in showers

Bonus bathroom located down stairs by the pool off the laundry room

Beach gear and beach towels are provided

Kitchen is stocked with dinner and cookware

Parking is located behind the house. Must go through the back alley way to get to it. Can fit 5 vehicles

1 block from the beach



Getting Around:

AMI free trolley will take you up and down the island



Other Things to Note:

Washer must wash on cold setting

Push Spa party 1x may take a few minutes to turn on and 45 minutes to fully heat.
