The house was beautiful and very clean! The beach was across the street. Anna Maria Island has beautiful beaches and water. There are tons of things to do.

The property was beautiful and on a perfect location the only down side is that the cleaning was not good some of the pots and pans were dirty as well as the bed comforter Other wise the house was perfect

Our host was very accommodating and the house and it’s location was great.! The only disappointment we had was the ants in the kitchen and out by the pool. We left some food out on the counter and they came out hungry. Another thing that should have been cleaned off was the porch deck off the kitchen. I don’t think it had been power washed/ cleaned yet for the season. We didn’t spend as much time out there as we could have. It was beautiful when we were there and my family enjoyed it and being together.

Thank you so very much. The family had a wonderful & amazing time. The home is spacious for a large family, very nicely laid out, & very well kept. It has all the amenities (large rooms; 2 nice family sitting areas; deck space amazing; enough bathrooms etc) that one seeks in a rental unit. The view is amazing!!The service was exceptional. We called about a water leak under the kitchen sink & maintenance was at the unit within an hour. The gentleman was very nice & accommodating.A few suggestions: another hook for towels in all the bathrooms, a broom would be helpful for sweeping instead of having to constantly bring out the vacuum; and an extra set of kitchen towels.
