The host was quick to respond, the area is mostly quiet and family friendly, the pool was a tad hot but may be due to the humid weather in July. The 2nd bathroom for the two additional bedrooms is somewhat small even for (4) people, I cannot imagine having an additional two people to share that bathroom.The dining room table was spacious, as was the deck table but there is no umbrella so we were unable to use the deck table due to the extreme heat and sun. The garage is large enough for two vehicles even though we only parked a golf cart there. The location is very convenient to Tortuga which was our goal since part of the family was staying next door. I would suggest more seating in the living area such as two couches or a sectional, the large dining table was great but there is not enough room for everyone to sit comfortably in the living area. We had a great vacation and would probably rent again mainly due to the proximity of the room to Tortuga. The weekly rate was a little high due to the small bathroom for the two extra bedrooms, lack of umbrella on the outside deck and the garbage was full upon arrival and wasn't emptied for a couple days that led to us having garbage that would not fit in the garbage cans when we departed. Perhaps a larger waste bin could be provided.
