The biggest issues we had were the heater seemed to shut off on its own a few times due to it needing a new filter. We also noticed the shower seemed to leak all over the bathroom floor which was inconvenient and there was apparent water damage on the wood around the shower which indicated the leak has probably existed for a while. „This is a cute small space - great for one person or a couple. The owner was very responsive to a particular issue and that is extremely helpful in a winter situation.It is close to ski mountains and hiking trails for those in the summer months. Off the beaten track and quiet.“

„We had a great stay at this property for a Christmas week ski trip. We skied at Bretton Woods and spent some time in North Conway as well. The place was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked. There was plenty of space as well. Great spot! We hope to be back!“

„This is a beautiful property and excellent for a large group. We were very comfortable with plenty of batbrooms and beds. There is a tv in every room and a lot of space for lounging and enjoying each others company and not feeling Our host was very accomodating. We loved every minute of our stay!“

"Excellent situated with a scenic view over the Mountains and the trees with the beautiful foliage. Hotel Lobby and bar area is nice and cosy, hallways and rooms would need some maintenance though. Breakfast buffet is to expensive for the Selektion offered. Can recommend this resort. "
