„The property looks really nice from the outside but the room I was in is very dated and desperately in need of renovation. The hotel itself is definitely not worth what I paid. But I guess the fact that it is in Banff is what makes it so expensive.“

„ZIMMER WAR SEHR STAUBIG, KÜHLSCHRANKBLENDE ROSTIG UND LOSE, Abzugshaube ohne Filter, sah ehe aus wie "bitte nicht anstellen" Kühlschrank sehr laut, aber sauber. Die Kaffeemaschine musste 2x reklamiert und ersetzt werden, bis man endlich eine Neue brachte. Das Personal war nett. Die Zimmer sind dunkel und altbacken eingerichtet, sowie sehr verwohnt. Für das gebotene einfach viel zu teuer.“

„not renovated. broken faucet, bedroom saide table needed drawer repair, could not stabilize water for shower - it was scaulding. Front desk said to let it run. It was clean in bathroom/kitchen. Carpeting looked and felt dirty. This was way over priced for being so shabby.“

„The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which was definitely a positive aspect of our stay. However, the room could have been cleaner and better maintained. There were spider webs in the corner, and the shower curtain had clearly seen better days and could use replacing. At night, there was also a constant dripping-like sound, which was quite disturbing and made it difficult to sleep. The hot tub was unfortunately out of order on our first day. Luckily, we were able to use it on the second ...

„Das Zimmer ist klein und fein. Leider gehört nicht zu jedem Zimmer ein Parkplatz, was uns leider nicht bekannt war. Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas dürftig (zb nur 2 kleine und 2 große Teller). Es gab eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank und kaum Möglichkeit, die Koffer abzustellen. Fragen wurden sehr zeitnah beantwortet. Sehr zentrale Lage.“
