Villa Pescalore is a lovely farmhouse located in the Florence area of Tuscany. Ideally located for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa lies in a quiet area close to Borgo San Lorenzo where you can find shops, restaurants, a bus stop, and a train station. It is also conveniently located for visits to Florence, Lake Bilancino (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing) and the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club.

Villa Pescalore (200 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa, chairs, fireplace, and Satellite TV), a dining area (with two tables and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area on this level, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower), one guest bathroom (with toilet) and a utility room (with washing machine).

On the first floor, you will find one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with private bathroom (with shower), two twin bedrooms (each with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower).

Outside, a large garden (4,000 sqm) surrounds the villa with a private swimming pool (12m x 5m; depth 1.5m; open from 8 April to 14 October) with sun terrace (with sun loungers and outdoor sofa) and two covered outdoor eating areas (with barbecue). A children’s play area and private parking is also available.
