Fisherman's house on the sea with Wi Fi and clima

This is a wide, bright, detached house that has been completely restored. This is located on the ground floor and it has a wide open space, a big bedroom, a laundry and a private parking. All around the house you can find the tipical details that characterise the ligurian environment such as beaches, the port, gardens and wonderful trees. This "portrait" allows you to live an amazing and relaxing stay.

This house belongs to my family and it has been just completely restored. My family was an important fishermen's family and for this reason I decided to mantein a vintage style. This is a confortable and serviceable house and we would like that our guests could notice the historical features that characterise this place. Wheelchair accessible. This house is also situated near the sea and the port and is also not too far from the old town centrer, So you don't need a car. The railway is just 30mt far from the the house, for this reason you can sometimes hear the train passages, so I don't advise this house for people who have problems with noise. At the check in or check out time guests have to pay the city tax that is 1.50 per day and per person for the first 6 nights of your stay. we also inform you that only people that have more then 12 years have to pay the city tax. To live a better experience we suggest you to have a good behaviour following this rules: follow the instuctions about how separate the trash. do not leave dirty dishes or trash in the apartment make sure that there is any kind of food in the fridge and in the kitchen. switch off the air conditioner or heating system. be responsible with outdoor area and the barbecue. if you broke any object please inform us before the check out. respect the check out time If you don't respect some rules we could pay a penalty.

This is a Vintage Marina house dating back to 1800 that has been completely restored (domestic installations and forniture). For many years this was the house of the fishermen dean, so, next to the house you can find a road that remember his name. Wide private parking spot, gas cooker, oven and microwave, washing machine, shower (140 x 80) and a wide basement.

Friendly neighbours. The free parking is next to the apartment and all around you can find any kind of facilities. I stay at your disposal compatibly with my work.
