Agence Cocoonr offers you this very pleasant, bright and ideally located apartment for rent, just 10 minutes from Bordeaux city center, in a quiet neighborhood close to the boulevards. Just 10 minutes from the train station, on the top floor (with elevator), Le Rooftop has been tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, making it the perfect place to discover our city, whether for business or pleasure. Just a stone's throw from the shops, it can comfortably accommodate up to two people plus a teenager or child (plus a cot).

The Rooftop is composed as follows:
- A bright, air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed and coffee table, a large flat-screen TV and a dining table.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...
- A spacious bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200), very quiet and pleasant.
- A superb south-west-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the mild Bordeaux evenings. It's equipped with a table, chairs and a lounge offering an incredible view.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet

Quality sheets, towels and tea towels are provided, as well as a few coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil, and your bed is made up on arrival.
Of course, Wifi is accessible and free!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, as well as complete baby equipment (cot, high chair, baby bathtub....).

The apartment is ideally located, in a very pleasant and quiet environment in a very shopping district.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park on the street (at a charge). 1h30 of free on-street parking with a disc.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Tramway stop B “Saint Genès” 8 minutes' walk away
- Bus: line 3 at 50 m and line 2 at 100 m
- Train station 15 minutes away
