"The hotel was nice, clean and practical. However the lift system is a bit of a waiting game, not to mention if you wanted to go to the parking/spa you had to press the special button! We had a 3 person room and the sofa bed was not comfortable, it's a good job we only stayed 1 night! The reception staff wanted to help when asked questions, however they were not knowledgeable, even to say how i eat breakfast with the dog in tow. Students maybe?! I would still say that for our purpose it worked, a stop on the way north next to the river which is perfect to walk the dog and have a morning run!"
