Completely renovated in 2025, the condo features a timeless luxury coastal design with all-new finishes, furnishings, appliances, and bedding. As a corner unit, it enjoys added natural light, privacy, and expansive views that frame the Gulf beyond.



The semi-private primary sleeping area features a comfortable king bed, while the family room includes a queen-size pullout sofa, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. This layout maintains an open, airy feel while providing versatile sleeping options for different travel styles.



The living area is anchored by a wall-mounted TV and flows seamlessly to a screened lanai, where guests can enjoy Gulf breezes and west-facing sunset views — a highlight of every stay. Beach access is effortless, with Bonita Beach just a three-minute walk from the building lobby, and Doc’s Beach House nearby for casual waterfront dining.



Community amenities include two pools (1 adult and 1 kid), tennis courts, pickleball, and bocce ball, offering a true resort-style experience. Parking is available throughout the community, and a common laundry facility is conveniently located on the ground floor.



To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as SW Florida is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.
