THE LAYOUT
After taking the elevator to the tenth floor, you'll be greeted by a delightful and freshly decorated beach-themed décor that instantly sets the tone for your stay. The loft-style layout offers a seamless flow between the kitchen, living, and sleeping areas, creating a cozy and open atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, range, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and more. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a full meal, you'll find all the dishware and cookware you need. The dining area comfortably seats up to four people, perfect for enjoying meals together. For your convenience, there's a laundry facility located inside the building that accepts debit and credit cards, making it easy to take care of any laundry needs during your stay.

After a gorgeous day at the beach—or even if you decide to skip it—unwind with a glass of wine or a cold beer on the Northern-facing screened-in balcony. This relaxing space is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air and take in the views. Inside, the queen bed offers ample space and comfort for a restful night's sleep. There's no need to worry about storage, as the large walk-in closet provides plenty of room for all your personal items. The full bathroom is equipped with a combination shower/tub and a single vanity, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
