Expedia was excellent at handling my issues but trying to deal with property owners was frustrating. They offers to move me to a less desirable location they won with no elevator and other non desirable options.“

„The location is excellent, just steps from the primary Piazza. The rooms are on the 4th floor of a high-end mall. Restaurants, shopping, sites and Hop-OnHop-HopOff bus very close. The rooms were modern and could be considered luxury accommodations. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great. The host was very responsive. Looking forward to next stay.“
