„The W Bogotá is a very modern, stylish and of course luxury hotel. The staff is welcoming and friendly and very helpful. When I had a problem, the solved it straight away for me (unfortunaly I don’t speak Spanish). We stayed there during the lockdown so we couldn’t visit Bogotá, but W did all they could so that we could still enjoy our stay. Thank you for the wine tasting and the hour at the pool (which was very relaxing). Hope to come back soon. “
