„Very good location in Bogota. Nice rooms. Very nice executive lounge with great food and amazing staff. Bellboys always smiling and friendly. Great gym. Reception staff very stubborn and not interested in finding a solution for problems. VAT was included in the expedia booking. Hotel staff insisted on paying anyway. Expedia reimbursed us this quick and customer friendly. THANKS EXPEDIA. All suites are to a very very noisy road. Bring earplugs“

„Great location: Nice neighborhood, a little park in front of the hotel. Supermarket near by also cafes and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Great breakfast: fresh juice, fruit, cold and warm dishes and always something tipical! We will definitely stay here again!“

Leider war das Zimmer nicht gründlich genug geputzt, da ein toter Falter auf dem Teppich lag den ich beim spielen mit unsrer Tochter entdeckte. Es gab auch ein paar Probleme bei der Abrechnung der Minibar die aber mit viel Geduld gelöst werden konnten.“

„Top Hotel, von Anfang bis Ende. Für den gezahlten Preis ( ca. € 44,- je Nacht Doppelzimmer inkl. Frühstück ) bekommt man woanders nicht mal das Frühstück dafür. Würde jederzeit wieder dort hingehen.“
