„Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was the standout. Rooms were good, breakfast good and lots of variety, location handy to small shops and restaurants, nice view down on to the lake. Only downside was the weather, quite a bit of fog, and some rain on last morning. Made it difficult to see mountains. The concierge Chau was the highlight, great English, great suggestions for food and tours. Would recommend to anyone just to meet her and enjoy her company.“

„The staff is absolutely amazing! Every last one of the staff was so attentive and accommodating. „We arrived very early off the train and were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went out for the day before checking in. Lovely hotel, great views, lovely people, clean and comfortable. It is a little walk up a hill but you are in the mountains so thats to be expected but it’s quick and easy to walk into the main hub of the town. Would reccomend. “

„The Resort is really a lovely place. The Panorama View room was huge and had everything we needed. It was very nice to shower with such a view. Also the infinity swimming pool was amazing. „This hotel has been an unexpected surprise. The location is perfect, just at the end of the city center with amazing views to the mountains, but only 10 min walking distance. We had the mountain view room with balcony and it has been a great choice. The heated pool on the deck is great to relax in between with breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had lots of variations and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The perfect place to enjoy Sapa. “
